Ingredientes

  • 2 Packages lemon Jello
  • 3 c. V-8 juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery seed to taste
  • 2 c. celery, minced
  • 3/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c. or possibly less shrimp, optional
  • Artichoke hearts to garnish

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1 c. V-8 juice. Add in Jello till dissolved. Add in remaining V-8 juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, celery seed. Let mix partially gel. Stir in celery, onions and olives. Pour into small ring mold with individual molds. Garnish with artichoke hearts. Serves 5 to 6.
