Receta Granny's Mexican Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 fryer, boiled and minced or possibly 6 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. chicken stock or possibly 1 can broth
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, mild
- 1 lg. bag corn chips
Direcciones
- Mix chicken with onion, garlic, broth and enchilada sauce and soup. Heat in pot bring to boil in large casserole dish. Pour layer of corn chips, then about half of chicken mix alternately top with cheese. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
