Receta Granola Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. butter plus 1 tbsp.
- 1/3 c. peanut butter plus 1 tbsp.
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup or possibly honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 1/2 c. quick oats
Direcciones
- In a large mixer bowl, beat sugar, butter, peanut butter and syrup till creamy. Add in egg; beat till light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Let set till completely cold. Cut into squares, and store into a lightly covered container. Makes 2 dozen.
