Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter or possibly Chunky peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. ,water
  • 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 2 c. Cinnamon-and-raisin granola
  • 1/4 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. Flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. In a 2-qt saucepan combine peanut butter, water, dry lowfat milk, and honey.
  2. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in granola, then chocolate chips. Let cold 1-2 min or possibly till mix is cold sufficient to handle. Place coconut in shallow pie plate. With buttered hands shape mix into 16 balls. Roll each ball in coconut; place in covered container using wax paper between layers.
  4. Store in refrigerator. This makes 16 balls.
