Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 pch salt and pepper
  • 1 x red onion, cut into 1/2-inch pcs
  • 24 x grape tomato wooden skewers, soaked in water, for an hour

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Alternate red onion and grape tomatoes on the skewers, beginning and ending with a piece of red onion.
  3. Drizzle marinate over kebabs, making sure they are well coated. Cover and chill till ready to grill.
  4. Prepare grill and preheat to medium high. Grill kebabs on top rack for 2 min, turning occasionally, till onions are crisp-tender and slightly charred.
