Receta Grape Tomato Onion Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 pch salt and pepper
- 1 x red onion, cut into 1/2-inch pcs
- 24 x grape tomato wooden skewers, soaked in water, for an hour
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic and black pepper.
- Alternate red onion and grape tomatoes on the skewers, beginning and ending with a piece of red onion.
- Drizzle marinate over kebabs, making sure they are well coated. Cover and chill till ready to grill.
- Prepare grill and preheat to medium high. Grill kebabs on top rack for 2 min, turning occasionally, till onions are crisp-tender and slightly charred.
