Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Brummel and Brown Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 16 Tbsp. Reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Mustard, any type
  • 1 dsh Seasoned salt
  • 1 dsh Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a sauce pan, heat Brummel and Brown.
  2. Add in flour and salt. Stirring continually, heat till bubbly.
  3. Slowly add in lowfat milk. Continue stirring over medium heat till mix has thickened.
  4. Add in cheese and mustard. Stir till cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Serving Size (1/4 recipe)
