- 2 Tbsp. Brummel and Brown Spread
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 16 Tbsp. Reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Mustard, any type
- 1 dsh Seasoned salt
- 1 dsh Black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. In a sauce pan, heat Brummel and Brown.
- 2. Add in flour and salt. Stirring continually, heat till bubbly.
- 3. Slowly add in lowfat milk. Continue stirring over medium heat till mix has thickened.
- 4. Add in cheese and mustard. Stir till cheese is melted.
- 5. Serve hot.
