- To make the wrap sauce, combine the black olives, olive juice, lemon juice and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a blender. Puree. Add in yogurt and mix well. Hold refrigerated.
- Combine the tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Hold refrigerated.
- For each serving, spread 3/4 of one flour tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the wrap sauce. Top with 1 1/2 ounces lettuce, 1 1/2 ounces marinated tomatoes and 3 ounces of the grilled beef. Top with 1/2 oz of the feta cheese. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
