Receta Greek Feta And Beef Wrap

Ingredientes
- 1 c. black olives pitted, liquid removed, with 5 ounce juice reserved
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
- 3/4 c. yogurt
- 3 c. tomatoes in medium dice
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 12 x flour torillas - (12" dia) grilled
- 3 c. shredded Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 36 ounce grilled beef thinly sliced
- 1 c. crumbled feta cheese
Direcciones
- To make the wrap sauce, combine the black olives, olive juice, lemon juice and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a blender. Puree. Add in yogurt and mix well. Hold refrigerated.
- Combine the tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Hold refrigerated.
- For each serving, spread 3/4 of one flour tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the wrap sauce. Top with 1 1/2 ounces lettuce, 1 1/2 ounces marinated tomatoes and 3 ounces of the grilled beef. Top with 1/2 oz of the feta cheese. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
