Receta Greek Lemon Bars

- GLAZE: 1 package vanilla sugar free pudding made thin. Add in 1/4 tsp. lemon extract. Spread over bars and sprinkle peel on top.
- Beat Large eggs and sweetener on high speed till lemon color. Beat in vanilla, oil, and 1/2 of lemon peel, lemon juice and flour. Stir in nuts. Pour into 7 x 11 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. Don't over bake. Top with glaze.
