Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 13 packs Equal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. lemon peel

Direcciones

  1. GLAZE: 1 package vanilla sugar free pudding made thin. Add in 1/4 tsp. lemon extract. Spread over bars and sprinkle peel on top.
  2. Beat Large eggs and sweetener on high speed till lemon color. Beat in vanilla, oil, and 1/2 of lemon peel, lemon juice and flour. Stir in nuts. Pour into 7 x 11 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. Don't over bake. Top with glaze.
