Ingredientes

  • 2-4 lbs. beef or possibly lamb
  • 2-4 onions, sliced
  • 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps. whole pickling spice
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in extra virgin olive oil, slightly. Add in rest of ingredients along with 1 c. of water. Cook till meat is done, about 3 hrs on top of stove. Stir occasionally and add in water as needed.
