Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 handf almonds, minced
  • 1 handf shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Cook the green beans in boiling water till tender, about 4 min. Drain.
  2. In a dry frypan, toast the almonds till almost golden brown, then add in the coconut. Toast till fragrant.
  3. Add in the butter, toss with the green beans and serve.
