Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Tomatillos
  • 1/2 sm Onion finely minced
  • 1 x Serrano chile finely minced
  • 1 sm Yellow chile finely minced
  • 2 tsp Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 med Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Put tomatillos into a pan with water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for 10 min. Drain, cold, and core.
  2. Cut tomatillos into small dice or possibly finely chop in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Place in bowl.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill.
  4. This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. of salsa.
