Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. cubed turkey breast, cooked
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. canned corn
- 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
- Lettuce and taco chips
Direcciones
- In a medium sized bowl mix lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Add in turkey, chips, corn, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno and toss well. Serve on lettuce leaves with taco chips.
