Green Chille

Slow cook a pork roast drain the grease use the grease with flour and cillies to create a wonderful pulled pork chille dish

Ingredientes

  • pork roast
  • cans of green chille (2) to start and then add more if you like the flavor or use the real thing just without the seed or stem.

Direcciones

  1. Cook roast
  2. drain grease - strain it
  3. mix warm drippings from roast
  4. with 2 tsp flour salt and pepper
  5. warm mixture add a little chicken broth if needed to make the quantity of chille. Start with 1/2 a cup of chicken broth and a can of chille taste. Correct sauce as needed. Cool cut offf parts of the roast and pull the meat out lengthwise. Add warm and eat!
