Green Fettucini With White Clam Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce. each) cans chopped clams, reserving liquid from one can
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. light cream
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce. green fettucini, cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in butter till tender, about 2 min. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook over low heat 7 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Serves 4-5.
