Ingredientes

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. green onion tops
  • 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 drop green food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Combine garlic, onion tops and anchovy paste. Add in to lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, lemon juice and food coloring. Blend well, refrigerate2-3 hrs before serving.
  2. Notes: Chilling a few hrs after made enhances the taste by combining flavors, and taste best cool. This is best made in a blender, through it can be made with a rotary beater. It is a delicate dressing, and is not too good after more than 3 or possibly 4 days, at most. Be careful with the green food coloring, it only takes a little.
