- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. minced shallots
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grnd white pepper
