Receta green goddess salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb peeled and ended cucumbers
- 12 oz of peeled and ended cucumbers
- 1/2 bunch of green onions
- 1 cup parsley springs
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp mrs dash lemon and herb
- 1 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2/3 cups reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/3 cups rice or cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp tabasco
- 1 1/2 tsp salt-reduced soy sauce
- 2 heads finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 gallon cut lettuce
- 2 quarts cut lettuce
- 11 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
Direcciones
- Cup peeled cucumbers in half lengthwise. With a tablespoon, scrape alone the inside to remove seeds. Cut into chunks.
- Cut onions into 1 inch pieces.
- In a blended or food processor, put cucumbers, onions, parsley, mrs. dash, yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, Tabasco, and soy sauce. Blend or process until fairly smooth. Scrape occasionally.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
