- For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic OR 1 Tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 Tablespoon hot pepper paste
- 3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
