Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Part-skimmed ricotta cheese
  • 2 ounce Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 c. Cooked spinach linguine
  • 3 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce Ea mozzarella, Fontina - cheese, shredded
  • 8 Tbsp. Reduced calorie margarine

Direcciones

  1. In small saucepan heat ricotta cheese till thinned, stirring constantly with wooden spoon; gradually add in remaining cheeses, stirring constantly after each addition till cheeses are melted. Continuing to stir, add in lowfat milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, stirring till thoroughly combined. Keep hot over lowest possible heat. In mixing bowl combine warm linguine and margarine, tossing till margarine is completely melted. Transfer linguine to serving dish and top with cheese sauce. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
