- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Cashew
- 10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Chana dal
- 1 dry red chilly
- Two pinches of Asafetida ( Hing)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
