Ingredientes

  • 300 gm - 400 gm Green Papaya peeled and shredded or julienned
  • 30 gm Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and grated or cut into juliennes
  • 50 gm Green Beans
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gm Tomatoes
  • 150 gm Seitan (I didn’t add)
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 2 fresh Thai chillies (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice of 2-3 limes
