Receta Green Papaya Salad / Kappalanga (Omakka) Salad
Ingredientes
- 300 gm - 400 gm Green Papaya peeled and shredded or julienned
- 30 gm Roasted Peanuts
- 2 Carrots, peeled and grated or cut into juliennes
- 50 gm Green Beans
- 1 onion
- 100 gm Tomatoes
- 150 gm Seitan (I didnât add)
- For the vinaigrette:
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
- 2 fresh Thai chillies (optional)
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Juice of 2-3 limes
