Receta Green Peas Cantonese

- Cook peas unseasoned and drain. Cook onion and celery in butter. Add in water chestnuts, (liquid removed and sliced very thin), mushroom soup, flour and peas. Mix all together and heat on top of stove. Add in salt and pepper. Pour into casserole and cover with stuffing mix. Top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees till brown, about 15 min. Serves 6.
