Green Peas Salad

Ingredientes

2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn peas, defrosted & as dry off as much as possible
1 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. scallions, cut fine

1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
3/4 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients. Salt to taste. Refrigeratethoroughly. Serve as is or possibly on lettuce. Serves 8.
