Receta Green Peas with Quail Eggs
Ingredientes
- 1/2 kilo fresh green peas
- 12 pcs hard boiled quail eggs, shelled
- 100 grams fresh shrimps, shelled
- 100 grams pork belly, cut into small cubes
- 1 medium sized chayote, cut into small cubes
- 1 nedium sized carrot, cut into small cubes
- 10 pcs stringbeans or Baguio beans, cut into small pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut into small sizes
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 cups water with shrimp juice
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce or patis
- 1 Tbsp. MSG or granulated seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolve in 2 Tbsp. water
- chopped cashew nuts for garnishing
- salt to taste
