- Note: Mexican green tomatoes - if not available, substitute cherry tomatoes, quartered.
- Scoop avocados into the container of a blender or possibly food processor. Add in tomatillos, cilantro, onion, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and salt. Process till smooth.
- If not using immediately, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of salsa and chill. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
- This recipe yields 1 1/8 gallons.
