Receta Green Pepper Avocado Cilantro Salsa

Ingredientes
- 24 lrg avocados halved, pitted
- 48 x tomatillos husks removed, washed, cut into quarters see * Note
- 3 quart cilantro leaves only - (loosely packed)
- 3 c. minced onion minced
- 1/2 c. Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 c. salt
Direcciones
- * Note: Mexican green tomatoes - if not available, substitute cherry tomatoes, quartered.
- Scoop avocados into the container of a blender or possibly food processor. Add in tomatillos, cilantro, onion, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and salt. Process till smooth.
- If not using immediately, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of salsa and chill. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
- This recipe yields 1 1/8 gallons.
