- Cook grnd chuck in a Dutch oven over medium heat till browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Set meat aside. Wipe Dutch oven with a paper towel; coat with cooking spray, and place over low heat till warm. Add in green pepper and onions, and saute/fry 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- Return meat to Dutch oven with garlic pwdr. Add in egg and next 5 ingredients, stirring till well combined. Spoon mix into a shallow 2-qt casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min or possibly till casserole is set. Yield: 6 servings.
