Ingredientes

  • 1 pound thin sliced round steak
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. onion, sliced thin
  • 2 green peppers, stripped
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in oil, salt and pepper. Add in onion and green pepper and beef bouillon. Cover and cook till vegetables are crisp-tender. Add in cornstarch and water and soy sauce to meat and vegetable mix till gravy is thick. Extra water may be needed. Serve over rice. HINT: Have meat half frzn before cutting into strips.
