Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. liver, chopped
  • 3 c. onions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion, pepper, celery and liver in some butter. Heat lowfat milk and butter. Pour over torn bread; fold in saute/fry mix. Add in Large eggs, seasonings. Put into turkey. Bake as usual.
