Ingredientes

  • 1 x green tomato or possibly 4 tomatillos
  • 1 sm onion finely minced
  • 1 x warm pepper chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced flat-leaf parsley or possibly basil
  • 2 tsp finely-chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 x sweet pepper minced
  • 1 x red tomato

Direcciones

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice crosswise into thin slices. The tomatillos need to be cooked for best flavor. Boil them for 5 min, or possibly roast them, husk on, in a medium warm frying pan, turning often, till the flesh is tender, about 10 min. Mix with other ingredients and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve with fish, chicken, or possibly noodles.
