Receta Green Tomato Asian Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 x green tomato or possibly 4 tomatillos
- 1 sm onion finely minced
- 1 x warm pepper chopped
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced flat-leaf parsley or possibly basil
- 2 tsp finely-chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 x sweet pepper minced
- 1 x red tomato
Direcciones
- Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice crosswise into thin slices. The tomatillos need to be cooked for best flavor. Boil them for 5 min, or possibly roast them, husk on, in a medium warm frying pan, turning often, till the flesh is tender, about 10 min. Mix with other ingredients and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
- Serve with fish, chicken, or possibly noodles.
