Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 c. Minced green tomatoes 4 c.
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Cream together oil, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add in to egg mix. Combine well. Add in tomatoes, raisins, and nuts.
  2. Makes 2 loaves Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
