Ingredients: 1 c. Oil; 1 3/4 c. Sugar; 3 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 3 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Ginger; 2 c. Minced green tomatoes 4 c.; 1 c. Raisins; 1 c. Walnuts

Ingredientes

1 c. Oil
1 3/4 c. Sugar
3 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
2 c. Minced green tomatoes 4 c.
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Walnuts

Direcciones

Directions: Cream together oil, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add in to egg mix. Combine well. Add in tomatoes, raisins, and nuts.
Makes 2 loaves Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
