Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Andouille (or possibly similar sausage)
  • 1 c. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the Warm Mustard Sauce and set aside.
  2. Grill the sausages on a medium to high fire, turning frequently till cooked and the skin is crispy and dark.
  3. Cut into 1 inch pcs and serve with toothpicks and the sweet and warm mustard sauce.
  4. Comments: You can use either Andouille or possibly spicy Polish sausage for this recipe.
