Ingredientes

  • 6 x Pork center loin chops, 1 inch thick
  • 2 lb Red new potatoes, scrubbed
  • 6 ounce Apple juice, frzn concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 c. Apple jelly
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Dry rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dry sage, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cover potatoes with 1 inch of water and simmer 10 min or possibly till tender; drain. Blend all ingredients except potatoes and chops in a blender. Halve the potatoes and toss gently with 1/4 c. of the marinade. Pour remaining marinade over chops. Let chops and potatoes marinate separately, covered and chilled, overnight.
  2. Grill chops, marinade discarded, on oiled rack 7-8 min per side or possibly till just cooked through.
  3. Grill potatoes, cut side down, for 10 min or possibly till golden.
