Receta Grilled Apple And Herb Marinated Pork Chops And Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 6 x Pork center loin chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 lb Red new potatoes, scrubbed
- 6 ounce Apple juice, frzn concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 c. Apple jelly
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Dry rosemary
- 1 tsp Dry sage, crumbled
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Cover potatoes with 1 inch of water and simmer 10 min or possibly till tender; drain. Blend all ingredients except potatoes and chops in a blender. Halve the potatoes and toss gently with 1/4 c. of the marinade. Pour remaining marinade over chops. Let chops and potatoes marinate separately, covered and chilled, overnight.
- Grill chops, marinade discarded, on oiled rack 7-8 min per side or possibly till just cooked through.
- Grill potatoes, cut side down, for 10 min or possibly till golden.
