Ingredientes

  • 3 x chicken breasts boned, halved, and skinned
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mango chutney
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped oregano
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped

Direcciones

  1. Combine chicken breasts with all marinade ingredients. Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
  2. The next day, prepare a grill or possibly oven broiler. Grill or possibly broil the chicken 6 inches from the heat source.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
