Ingredientes
- 3 x chicken breasts boned, halved, and skinned
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. mango chutney
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp chopped oregano
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
Direcciones
- Combine chicken breasts with all marinade ingredients. Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
- The next day, prepare a grill or possibly oven broiler. Grill or possibly broil the chicken 6 inches from the heat source.
