Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Beer
  • 4 ounce Rose wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar, or possibly any herb-flavored vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh Mexican Mint Marigold
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Direcciones

  1. Mix together well all ingredients except chicken. Pour marinade in a large plastic bag or possibly glass bowl and add in chicken breasts, covering completely.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 7 days. Remove chicken from marinade and grill till done.
