Receta Grilled Chicken Breast Roberto

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Beer
- 4 ounce Rose wine
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar, or possibly any herb-flavored vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh Mexican Mint Marigold
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Direcciones
- Mix together well all ingredients except chicken. Pour marinade in a large plastic bag or possibly glass bowl and add in chicken breasts, covering completely.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 7 days. Remove chicken from marinade and grill till done.
