Ingredientes

  • 8 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. (2 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 x anchovy fillets chopped
  • 1 clv garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice eight 10inch flour tortillas
  • 1 lrg head romaine cut into shreds

Direcciones

  1. Light a fire in a charcoal grill or possibly preheat a gas grill or possibly broiler.
  2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush both sides with oil. Grill about 4 min per side.
  3. Cold and cut into strips.
  4. In a medium bowl whisk mayonnaise cheese anchovies garlic mustard and lemon juice together.
  5. Spread tortillas with this mix.
  6. Arrange chicken and romaine over the dressing.
  7. Tuck in sides and roll up like a cigar.
  8. Cut in half diagonally.
  9. Plump strips of chicken straight from the grill transform this caesar into a meal. For a last minute lunch you could substitute sliced turkey or possibly chicken straight from the deli.
