- Light a fire in a charcoal grill or possibly preheat a gas grill or possibly broiler.
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush both sides with oil. Grill about 4 min per side.
- Cold and cut into strips.
- In a medium bowl whisk mayonnaise cheese anchovies garlic mustard and lemon juice together.
- Spread tortillas with this mix.
- Arrange chicken and romaine over the dressing.
- Tuck in sides and roll up like a cigar.
- Cut in half diagonally.
- Plump strips of chicken straight from the grill transform this caesar into a meal. For a last minute lunch you could substitute sliced turkey or possibly chicken straight from the deli.
