,%20and%20a%20lovely%20Rack%20of%20Pork%20and%20the%20tasty%20pork%20chops%20with%20you%20see%20here%20today.%20If%20you%20want%20to%20see%20how%20the%20Rolled%20Pork%20Belly%20should%20have%20looked,%20you%20can%20check%20out%20Julie's%20photo%20here.%20We%20shared%20it%20between%20us%20and%20she%20didn't%20forget%20hers%20in%20the%20oven%20until%20it%20was%20burnt%20to%20a%20crisp%20like%20I%20did!%20(DO%20go%20take%20a%20look.%20Her's%20looks%20wonderful!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEarlier%20this%20week%20I%20did%20the%20Rack%20of%20Pork%20and%20last%20night%20I%20did%20the%20chops.%20I%20didn't%20want%20to%20just%20fry%20them.%20I%20wanted%20to%20do%20something%20special%20with%20then%20.%20.%20.%20and%20I%20think%20I%20did!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDeliciously%20moist%20and%20sticky!%20With%20a%20wonderful%20hoisin%20marinade%20and%20glaze.%20Perfect!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOf%20course%20starting%20off%20with%20a%20quality%20cut%20of%20pork%20makes%20all%20the%20difference%20in%20the%20world.%20Rare%20breed%20free%20range%20pork%20is%20the%20way%20to%20go!%20Oh%20so%20lovely%20and%20full%20of%20flavour!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20I%20did%20was%20add%20some%20icing%20to%20an%20already%20very,%20very%20tasty%20cake!%20You'll%20be%20licking%20your%20fingers%20with%20enjoyment%20wanting%20to%20get%20every%20scrap%20opf%20those%20delicious%20flavours%20with%20these!%20Trust%20me%20on%20this!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20again%20many%20thanks%20to%20Jimmy%20and%20the%20Put%20Pork%20On%20Your%20Fork%20people!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Grilled%20Chops%20with%20a%20Hoisin%20Marinade%20and%20Glaze*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELovely%20free%20range%20pork%20chops%20marinated%20in%20a%20wonderful%20marinade%20chock%20full%20of%20Oriental%20flavours%20and%20then%20grilled%20and%20basted%20with%20the%20same%20marinade%20until%20finger%20lickingly%20scrummy%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20the%20hoisin%20sauce,%20soy%20sauce,%20sesame%20oil,%20rice%20wine%20vinegar,%20minced%20garlic,%20minced%20ginger%20and%20chili%20powder%20together%20in%20a%20large%20shallow%20dish,%20mixing%20all%20together%20well.%20Add%20the%20chops%20and%20turn%20them%20around%20to%20coat%20them%20well%20in%20the%20sauce.%20Allow%20to%20sit%20at%20room%20temperature%20for%20about%20an%20hour%20to%20marinate,%20given%20them%20a%20quick%20swish%20and%20turn%20every%20time%20you%20walk%20past%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAt%20the%20end%20of%20that%20time,%20remove%20them%20from%20the%20marinade,%20letting%20any%20excess%20drip%20off.%20Place%20the%20marinade%20into%20a%20saucepan%20along%20with%20the%20honey.%20Bring%20to%20the%20boil,%20then%20reduce%20to%20a%20quick%20simmer%20and%20simmer%20for%20about%2010%20minutes,%20while%20you%20grill%20the%20chops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20your%20grill%20pan%20and%20brush%20it%20with%20some%20cooking%20oil.%20Also,%20preheat%20the%20oven%20to%20180*C/350*F/%20gas%20mark%204.%20Have%20ready%20a%20baking%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20your%20chops%20onto%20the%20heated%20grill%20and%20sear%20well%20on%20both%20sides,%20until%20golden%20brown%20and%20the%20fat%20on%20the%20edges%20has%20begun%20to%20crisp.%20(About%20four%20to%20five%20minutes%20per%20side.)%20Place%20into%20the%20baking%20dish.%20Pour%20the%20thickened%20marinade%20over%20top%20and%20then%20bake%20in%20the%20heated%20oven%20for%20about%2010%20minutes%20longer,%20until%20just%20cooked%20through,%20but%20still%20moist.%20Remove%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20allow%20to%20rest%20for%20a%20few%20minutes%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20one%20chop%20on%20each%20of%20four%20heated%20plates.%20Spoon%20a%20bit%20of%20sauce%20over%20top%20and%20pass%20the%20rest%20at%20the%20table.%20Delicious!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
