Ingredientes

  • 6 x ears fresh corn
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x lime cut into wedges

Direcciones

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove husk and silk from corn. Boil corn for 4 min then drain.
  2. Place corn on warm grill just long sufficient to get slight char marks. Remove from grill and rub with butter. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper, and serve with lime wedges.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
