Grilled Corn With Jalapeno Lime Butter

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 2 x jalapeno peppers seeded, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lime rind
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 x ears fresh corn
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, and shape into a 6-inch log; wrap in wax paper, and refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Rub corn with extra virgin olive oil; sprinkle proportionately with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees), turning often, 15 to 20 min or possibly till tender. Serve with flavored butter.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
