Receta Grilled Corn With Jalapeno Lime Butter

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 2 x jalapeno peppers seeded, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. grated lime rind
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 6 x ears fresh corn
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients, and shape into a 6-inch log; wrap in wax paper, and refrigerate1 hour.
- Rub corn with extra virgin olive oil; sprinkle proportionately with salt and pepper.
- Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees), turning often, 15 to 20 min or possibly till tender. Serve with flavored butter.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
