Receta Grilled Five Spice Fish With Garlic Spinach

- Combine lime peel, lime juice, ginger, 5-spice pwdr, sugar, salt, pepper and 1 tsp. oil in 2-qt dish. Add in salmon; turn to coat. Cover; chill 2 to 3 hrs.
- Combine spinach, garlic and remaining 1 tsp. oil in 3-qt microwaveable dish; toss. Cover; microwave at High (100% power) 2 min or possibly till spinach is wilted. Drain; keep hot.
- Meanwhile, prepare barbecue grill for direct cooking.
- Remove salmon from marinade and place on oiled grid. Brush salmon with portion of marinade. Grill salmon, covered, over medium-warm coals 4 min. Turn salmon; brush with marinade and grill 4 min or possibly till salmon flakes easily with fork. Throw away marinade.
- Serve fish over bed of spinach.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
