Ingredientes

  • 16 lrg King prawns A little seasoned oil
  • 1 x 4 ounces blo creamed coconut
  • 2 fl ounce Hot water Grated zest and juice of 3 limes
  • 2 tsp Caster sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 lrg Cayenne chilli

Direcciones

  1. Shell and de-vein the prawns leaving on the tail section.
  2. Brush with seasoned oil and cook on the barbecue or possibly a ridged griddle for 3 min each side.
  3. Serve at once with the dipping sauce.
  4. For the dipping sauce, place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender or possibly food processor and whiz till the ingredients are finely minced.
